By accessing or using the Transcendent Creations website and purchasing our handcrafted products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.
2. Custom Orders & Lead Times
We specialize in bespoke, handcrafted wooden items. Please acknowledge the following when placing an order:
- All cutting boards and specified custom items require a 4-week build time before they are ready for shipment.
- Because products are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed securely via Square. Full payment is required upfront to initiate the custom build process.
4. Material Disclaimer
Wood is a natural material. Exact grain patterns, color depths, and minor textural variations will occur and differ from the product photography. These natural characteristics are what make your handcrafted item entirely unique and are not considered manufacturing defects.
5. Shipping Policy
Currently, Transcendent Creations only provides domestic shipping within the United States. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or incorrect address information provided during checkout. Local delivery is available strictly for the Atlanta, GA area.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, photography, text, and logos, is the exclusive property of Transcendent Creations and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
