1. Custom Handcrafted Items
Because our premium cutting boards and custom keepsakes are meticulously handcrafted to order based on your specific sizing and material selections, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damages and Manufacturing Defects
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, structurally compromised, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damage and the original packaging.
- Do not use the item or discard the packaging until the claim is resolved.
3. The Nature of Natural Wood
Timber is a natural, living material. Variations in color, grain pattern, and minor mineral streaks are inherent characteristics of American hardwoods like Walnut, Maple, Cherry, and White Oak. These unique natural variations do not constitute a defect and are not eligible for refunds.
4. Approved Refunds & Replacements
If a return or replacement is approved due to damage or defect, we will provide you with further instructions. For approved monetary refunds, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method (via Square) within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
